JetWebinar does try to detect the time zone of the end-user, based on their IP address and location from their browser. If the platform is able to detect this, then your audience will see the time of your event in their local time zone.
However, if JetWebinar is not able to determine the location (because the attendee has blocked location sharing or is using a VPN), then the default time will be presented in the format and time zone that was selected for the event.
As always, let us know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions by sending us an email to support@jetwebinar.com or clicking on the 'Submit a Request' button along the top.
Thank you for choosing JetWebinar!
