Depending on your marketing integration; yes, our platform can send this information to your CRM or marketing automation tool so that you can action them accordingly.
This is dependant on how you set it up in your other tool; so we suggest that you read up on how to do that in your specific tool. However, most require the use of 'tags', so for example, when an attendee finishes a webinar, a 'tag' is added to that user that says they finished watching an event - and that would trigger an action in the marketing automation tool.
We are not responsible for how those tools work; so it is best to read up on them in their own support documentation as to how to perform the actions that you wish to take.
