Yes, you can prevent people from registering for your event by using the Domain Blocking feature.
- First, log in to your Account Dashboard
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then click on 'Settings'.
- Enable the Registration Blacklist by changing from disabled to enabled.
- Then, add the email domains that you wish to 'blacklist' and prevent from registering. An email domain is the part listed after the @ symbol in an email address (for example, support@jetwebinar.com - the domain is jetwebinar.com).
You can also choose to only allow certain domains to register - this is called 'whitelisting'.
- First, log in to your Account Dashboard
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then click on 'Settings'.
- Scroll to 'Restrict Registrations to Domain', and enter the email domains that you wish to permit people to register - so if you only want to let people from JetWebinar register, you would enter jetwebinar.com as an example.
In the event, that you wish to kick someone out of the webinar, then you can do so through the 'participants' button, and clicking on 'kick' beside the name of the person you wish to kick out of the event:
As always, let us know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions by sending us an email to support@jetwebinar.com or clicking on the 'Submit a Request' button along the top.
Thank you for choosing JetWebinar!
