If the event is set up as a simulated live event, that is designed to run at a specific day and time, then you can chat with people live.
If the event is set to on-demand or instant replay, then you cannot chat.
To chat with people for events set up to run once or set to run on certain days and times:
- Log in to your Account Dashboard.
- Click on 'All Events'.
- Click on 'Automated Events' from the submenu.
- Click on the 'Open Event Room' button next to the event. The event room will appear, and you will be able to respond to people's chats while your chosen video plays.
