Depending on your email marketing integration; yes, our platform can send this information to your CRM or marketing automation tool so that you can action them accordingly.
This is dependent on how you set it up in your other tool; so we suggest that you read up on how to do that in your specific tool. However, most require the use of 'tags', so for example, when an attendee finishes a webinar, a 'tag' is added to that user that says they finished watching an event - and that would trigger an action in the marketing automation tool.
